(Herd) Constitution
** NOTE - I use "he" as the general pronoun regarding a person. I am fully aware that there could be females holding **
** this position and do not impose any sexism within the clan as that would be unfair. Thank you. **
I.Entrance
1. New Recruit must have Xfire
2. New Recruit must play the main game(s) supported by the clan
3. New Recruit may be asked to tryout or answer an interview
II.Existence
1. Member must actively play clan supported games unless they have informed a Leader or General.
with a legitimate excuse towards why their playing time will shorten.
2. All members start off as Recruits unless they are involved in a clan merge. A higher rank could be negotiated.
(they may not enter as a Sergeant or General)
3. Ranks
3.i. Rank List & Description.
A. Recruit
Recently new member of the clan. Must become active within clan games, chats and activities.
Must show respect towards every Herd Member. The Recruit position tends to last for a week or two. During this time, the Leaders will decide if you stay in the clan or not.
B. Private
An active member of Herd. They are not recently new but are not extremely popular. Nevertheless, they
are still well-liked. This position seems to be where the most members fall into. It's not a bad rank
It just holds the least power, besides recruit, with its 1 decision vote. There is no private limit.
C. Sergeant
Has shown promising activity within games and given Herd a positive reputation boost. Sergeant is a rank
reserved for more social players, talkers. Can link allies like nothing. Maturity is a big part of the
rank but game playing skill doesn't have much to do with this rank. Shows a great deal of respect and
sympathy towards every herd member. Each Sergeant holds 2 points for voting on clan decisions. 1 Sergeant
is appointed per every 7 Herd members. There shall never be more than 6 Sergeants no matter how large the
clan gets.
D. Captain
A promising player to Herd that is known mainly for their skill. Usually leads us to victory in scrims/tournaments.
Only 1 spot per every 8 Clan members is available. Once there are 3 Captains another rank opens up to
the top Captain (Major). Captains are expected to play more than the rest, to train and get better every day. Each captain holds 2 points in voting on clan decisions. There shall
never be more than 5 Captains no matter how large the clan is.
- Major
The top captain position. This position is only available if there are more than 2 Captains in the
clan. Major gets 3 voting points in clan decisions and is part of the Clan Board of Major Decisions
(BOMD). There will only be one Major at any given time. The BOMD can discharge and replace Major
with a favoring vote count (not including his/her's).
E. Colonel
Colonel's are players that we would like to consider planners. They are extremely well respected within
Herd. Most of Herd's major activities are to be organized by the colonels. There should be 1 colonel per
every 10 Herd members. The colonel doesn't necessarily need to be active within gaming but must be
active within the clan. A colonel holds 4 Voting Points and is inducted into the Herd BOMD.
No matter how large the clan gets there shall never be more than 5 colonels. The BOMD can discharge and
replace Colonel with a favoring vote count (not including his/her's).
F. Generals - (The Leaders)
ALL GENERALS - with an equal one vote, decide on rank advancements of Colonel.
- Are the only people who can invite members into the clan.
- Obviously, there can only be one of each position.
- Are non-dischargable members of the BOMD.
- There shall never be more than 3 general positions held. (no creations)
1. General
The Head Honcho; the Big Cheese. Only member of the BOMD to hold 3 votes. Will mostly likely be held
by the founder or co-founder of the clan. Has The most power in the clan with his/her's 11 Voting Points. Holds
power to disband clan. Is the master of clan media (website, movies, etc.) unless he designates his
powers elsewhere. Powers of kicking, removing clan games, and certain clan policies are limited by
the BOMD as well as other powers. If a former leader resigns he gets the
choice as to who becomes Major general. ( if LTGen. resigned MAGen. goes to LtGen and a new MAgen.
must be found). Breaks ties in BOMD disputes.
2. Liutenant General
The second highest rank in the clan. He holds 8 Voting Points. Usually monitors all clan behavior
and makes sure that peace is ensued within the clan. He must submit reports and take notes of any
disputes or arguments. Responsible for the capture of clan aimbotters/cheaters. Assumes top general
position if top general steps down or takes a leave of absence. He is also master of overall
trade and relations.
3. Major General
The third highest rank in the clan. He holds 5 Voting Points. His job is to advertise and expand.
It is his responsibility to either host recruiting server's or find somebody who can. This Rank will
be omitted and the responsibilities transferred to General if the clan is smaller than 15 members.
He is also master of overall combat. Expected to be very knowledgable of combat and strategy.

48-hour timeframe. At the end of voting if there is a favor of 84% or higher in his impeachment, the
sub-general is removed from his office and placed as a private while the General decides who will replace
the sub-general.
3. Edit Policy
- This document may be edited by the General to feed to his likings at any time as long as the edits gets a favorable
vote from the BOMD and possibly the whole clan.

- This Constitution is the law; any other rules that are not edited in or included in the Constitution will not be valid.
- If there are any arguments or fights within the clan, please refer to the Constitution.
- This Constitution should be a reference point to all members. If you know the rules, you have an advantage.
